By accessing or using the BulkEmail Marketing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or enterprise, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
As a reseller, you are responsible for the conduct of your sub-accounts and ensuring they comply with our infrastructure standards and delivery policies.
Users must not attempt to circumvent our Microsoft Azure security protocols or perform any action that stresses the infrastructure beyond agreed-upon limits.
BulkEmail strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). You must have documented permission from every recipient in your contact lists.
Our pricing is based on volume and the enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure we provide. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of sending capabilities.
BulkEmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
